Every consultation requires a nonrefundable deposit to secure your spot. 

Virtual consultations/sessions are held on Mondays and every other Friday. If the listing says “SOLD OUT,” then I am fully booked for the month and you may put your information on a waitlist.

Last minute availability or cancellations will be posted on the studio’s social media (@the.glosspel)

Once you pay your deposit, an email with a scheduling link and additional information will be sent to you so we can get started!

The purpose of the virtual skin consultations are to give you suggestions and product recommendations specific to your current skincare concerns. Skin sessions are in-depth education lessons -- with less focus on treating and more focus on teaching.

Every appointment requires a nonrefundable deposit. Your time is extremely valuable to me, so this secures your spot and will go towards your service once you book a time that works for you.

I totally get that life happens, if it’s your first time rescheduling and it doesn’t qualify as a cancellation/no-show, you will NOT need to pay another deposit; instead, the deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment time. However, fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling.

IF...

• "LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION" = less than a 5-minute notice before your scheduled time

OR

• "NO SHOW" = no notice until AFTER your scheduled time

THEN…
Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. 

“New Client” virtual consultations only qualify if it’s your first consult with me. You may book a “Returning Client” virtual consultation if you feel you need additional help; however, a complimentary checkup will not be included. If additional support is still needed, another “Returning Client” consultation will need to be booked again.
